Kim moved to Asheville from Atlanta in July of 2016. Raised on the beautiful beaches and waterways of the Florida coastal town of Jupiter, she also developed a lifelong love for the Blue Ridge Mountains during yearly, family vacations. She attended the University of Florida before moving on to Troy – Michigan, Houston – Texas and then Atlanta – Georgia while raising her daughter and returning to college to pursue a degree in cell biology. She earned a real estate license in 2008 and has participated in all manner of real estate transactions in and around the metro Atlanta area, along with serving as administrative team leader for several high producing Georgia real estate teams. When Kim’s daughter moved for college, she took a leap of faith, abandoned the chaos and traffic of Atlanta, and answered the call of the Western North Carolina mountains with all their majesty, culture, outdoor opportunities and some of the best cuisine in the country. She has loved every minute spent in Asheville and enjoys kayaking, hiking, her pets, dining out, craft beer and the diverse culture of Asheville.
Kim was fortunate enough to begin working with Mark Fields and Associates as Mark’s Executive Coordinator in March of 2017, and will obtain a North Carolina real estate license this year. She provides broker and agent support, transaction coordination and administrative assistance to the growing team of skilled Mark Fields and Associates Real Estate Professionals.
