My husband and I agree wholeheartedly with so many who have posted their 5-star reviews of Mark Fields and Associates. We would only be repeating their words of praise which Mark definitely deserves. He sold our home in 3 weeks because of his professional abilities, there is no doubt. However, it  was his honest, caring and friendly attitude toward us that made the successful (and somewhat bittersweet) sale of our beloved mountain home of 17 years a positive and satisfying experience. In the Spring of 2016, we decided to list our Mountain home in the Asheville area. We originally listed our property with a different agency in the Asheville area based on a recommendation from my builder from Atlanta. After several weeks I could tell that the realtor and his team were not going to get the job done and that we needed to make a change. I have listed multiple properties and frankly I have never had to let a realtor “go” before, so it was a very hard decision to make. For 3 years, my husband and I were looking for an appropriate home to spend our summer months and later for retirement. We were working with another agent at that time. One day, the agent cancelled our appointment and left us hanging during a 3 day visit made solely for the purpose to find a home.
